I noticed that that Epicyon was getting a bit sluggish, and at first thought that was just due to the latency of using a Tor browser. But it turned out to be more than that, so I've spent some time profiling the code and speeding up the slow parts. Now timelines should display more rapidly. At some point speed itself becomes a feature and helps to build confidence. As a progressive web app it will never be as fast as a native client, like Tusky, but I can still try to keep any latency to the absolute minimum.
